Managing Draft Process Versions

If a new version is available for the deployed processes, then you can view the list of all the available process versions with an option to download the process and enable/disable the process version. To manage the process versions for a specific deployed process: 

1. From the Action column, click the View Versions icon.
   The new page "Draft Process Versions" for the specific process is displayed with all the available process versions. 
   

The list of available process versions is displayed. If the process is not updated with the particular version then it will show the Status as Inactive. An icon for upgrade is displayed in Creating a Process section. After upgrading the process with the latest version, the status will be changed to "Active". 

You can perform the following operations from the Action column:

Download Process : For downloading the specific process version. The process will be downloaded in a ".zip" file format.

Disable/Enable Process : To enable/disable the specific process version, click Disable/Enable icon from the Action column.
